Grea concept, execution could be a stronger though. Eyes jump right out, which would be fine if they fit better with rest of scene. By melding them into the head better and varying them to reduce the current feeling that they are simply copies of one eye. Blood on table seems a bit blotchy, perhaps a slight blur could create a more realistic blood stain. Nicely done, never the less.
